| I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. DUE TO MY GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION, MY WIFE''S GRAVESTONE WAS LEFT AT HOLT MONUMENT''S (WITH THEIR PERMISSION WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THEY WOULD SET THE CONCRETE FOOTER AND INSTALL HER MONUMENT WITHING THE MONTH OF MAY SOMETIME. THE COMPANY IN LOUISVILLE WHERE I PURCHASED THE MONUMENT HAD TO COME ALL THE WAY BACK FROM LOUISVILLE OVER THE MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND (SUNDAY) TO INSTALL IT.I HAVE SEEN SOME SORRY ASS BUSINESS PRACTICES BUT THIS TAKES THE CAKE. THEY REFUSED TO INSTALL IT. THE MONUMENT WAS LEFT AT HOLT''S WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THEY WOULD INSTALL IT. MEAN SPIRITED AND DOWN RIGHT DISPICABLE THEY WAY THEY TREAT THE LIVING. | ||

| This posting is incorrect. This individual did NOT work with Holt Monument, but instead with another company that misled him to believe they had worked an agreement with Holt Monument that they did NOT! Ultimately, this individual should be thankful that Holt Monument Works has higher standards than to set a monument on nothing more than lose concrete mixer. Otherwise, they would have set his monument and it would have fallen over in 1-2 years. His negative comments should have been directed at the company who took his money and then failed to provide the service they were paid for. |

| I was very pleased with the finished product I purchased. They were very easy to work with and were always available to answer my questions via email, since I do not live in their area. They are masters at their craft. | ||
